Operations Manager

In recent years, Cali broadened her operational scope by serving as the Operations Manager within her own software company business, founded by her husband. This foundational success led her to discover her true passion in property management, where she has excelled ever since.
Bringing over 20 years of experience, Judy combines deep local market knowledge with a sharp eye for detail. She is highly proficient in key areas, including rent negotiation, maintaining clear and proactive communication with owners and tenants, and resolving issues quickly and professionally.
A committed lifelong learner, Judy holds a Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice and is currently studying for a Business degree, ensuring her expertise remains current and informed.
