Seamless Sale with Outstanding Results. Sean and his team delivered an incredible result selling our home. From guiding the cosmetic renovation to organising styling and managing everything through to settlement, the whole process was seamless.

His advice on presentation and strategy really paid off, and his communication was clear and consistent throughout. It was a stress-free experience knowing everything was handled professionally.

Highly recommend Sean if you want a smooth sale with strong results.

Energetic professional. Simone knows what she is doing at every step. . Right from the start Simone took control and after a previous negative experience with another agent demonstrated actual know how and relationship building. No cut and paste, she researched, did not guess, was confident and from the first proposal I could see the positives about to transpire.
House was not an easy sale, and her recommendations for styling made the difference. Every other agent just wanted to churn. Watching how Simone interacted with buyers, the way she was able to problem solve and make sure I was kept informed whilst seeking collaboration was the difference.
I am very grateful to have found Simone and the result we got was amazing. All the way to final walk through she is genuinely excited for me but also for the buyer. That's genuine rare relationship building that means today's relationships grow into future relationships..
Very good at her job. Thanks Simone.

In our experience with Sean, we highly recommend him to anyone wishing to sell property. . In recommending Sean and the team, we are very happy with the communication we made around our sale and Sean being able to accommodate our requests at the time - such as no for sale sign in the yard.
Sean gave us reliable information and shared knowledge and details that made us feel comfortable in our negotiations, in selling our property.
Sean communicated well during the sale period, including being away on emergent family leave, which he did not have to do. We felt that was a warm, personal connection.
Again, we would recommend Sean to sell your property.

Highly recommended. Bright Property is great to work with. A special thank you to Jude Turner for going above and beyond throughout the whole process.

As a landlord, we’re extremely appreciative of how hands-on Jude has been in preparing the property to be tenanted. Her support, positivity, and proactive approach made everything much easier, as we don’t live in Townsville.

She has also been incredibly reliable and always available.

We’re very grateful for the support and service provided.
