Energetic professional. Simone knows what she is doing at every step. . Right from the start Simone took control and after a previous negative experience with another agent demonstrated actual know how and relationship building. No cut and paste, she researched, did not guess, was confident and from the first proposal I could see the positives about to transpire.
House was not an easy sale, and her recommendations for styling made the difference. Every other agent just wanted to churn.  Watching how Simone interacted with buyers, the way she was able to problem solve and make sure I was kept informed whilst seeking collaboration was the difference.
I am very grateful to have found Simone and the result we got was amazing. All the way to final walk through she is genuinely excited for me but also for the buyer. That's genuine rare relationship building that means today's relationships grow into future relationships..

In our experience with Sean, we highly recommend him to anyone wishing to sell property. . In recommending Sean and the team, we are very happy with the communication we made around our sale and Sean being able to accommodate our requests at the time - such as no for sale sign in the yard.
Sean gave us reliable information and shared knowledge and details that made us feel comfortable in our negotiations,  in selling our property.
Sean communicated well during the sale period, including being away on emergent family leave, which he did not have to do. We felt that was a warm, personal connection.

Jude is amazing to deal with. Friendly amd gets the job done also answered any questions I was unsure about. All my emails and messages were answered in a short time frame which made it easy for me to make my next move.
