Judy is a dedicated Property Manager within our Property Investment Team, providing expert support to clients across Townsville and alongside our team of real estate agents.

Judy’s impressive career in real estate began in 2002 with residential sales, where her natural drive was immediately recognized with a “Rookie of the Year” nomination in her first year. This foundational success led her to discover her true passion in property management, where she has excelled ever since. Bringing over 20 years of experience, Judy combines deep local market knowledge with a sharp eye for detail. She is highly proficient in key areas, including rent negotiation, maintaining clear and proactive communication with owners and tenants, and resolving issues quickly and professionally. A committed lifelong learner, Judy holds a Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice and is currently studying for a Business degree, ensuring her expertise remains current and informed. Judy is passionate about asset management and prides herself on building the long-term relationships that foster trust and stability.
